Welcome to Hotshot Kennels home on the web. We are a small mother/daughter program nestled in the foothills of Colorful Colorado. Here at Hotshot Kennels, we strive to breed beautiful, healthy and correct Australian Shepherds that will meld into any household or ranch.
Hotshot Kennels may have a litter of puppies once every three years. We believe in Quality not Quantity. Before we breed a litter of Australian Shepherd puppies, we will study the pedigrees indepth for both parents. Our Aussie puppies will hale from sturdy, healthy and conformationally correct dogs, with the natural herding instinct the Aussie is known for.
Puppies are raised in our home under foot, and have constant human contact. Each puppy will be worked with from the day they are born. We prepare them for their next adventure in their new homes so they are use to everything from baths to being examined in the vetranarians office.
Hotahot Kennels was founded in 1997 with the purchase of now AKC/ASCA/CKC/INTL Champion Calais Country Hotshot of Carolina, CD, STDs. Hotshot was the beginning of our love for this wonderful breed.
